This Privacy Policy explains what information Polytrading (the “Service”) collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Service you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

We collect only what we need to run the Service:

Account information. When you sign up, we receive basic profile data from your chosen sign-in provider (such as your name and email) or the email you register with.
Payment information. If you subscribe, we store the on-chain transaction hash, the paying wallet address, and the plan you selected, so we can verify and activate access. Payments settle on the public Polygon blockchain; we do not receive or store card details or private keys.
Optional integrations. If you link a messaging integration (e.g. Telegram) for alerts, we store the identifier needed to deliver those messages.
Usage data. We collect standard analytics (pages viewed, approximate location, device/browser) to understand and improve the Service.

Trader and wallet data shown in the product is public on-chain activity sourced from Polymarket; it is not personal information you provide to us.

2. How we use information

We use the information above to provide and secure the Service, authenticate you, verify and activate payments, deliver alerts you request, respond to support requests, analyze and improve the product, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies for authentication and session management, and a third-party analytics provider (Google Analytics) to measure traffic and usage. Analytics cookies help us see which pages are used and where visitors come from. You can block cookies in your browser, though parts of the Service may then not work.

4. Third parties

We share data only with providers that help us operate the Service — such as authentication providers (e.g. Google, Apple), our analytics provider, and messaging providers you choose to link. These providers process data on our behalf. Public blockchain data (including your payment transactions) is inherently public and outside our control.

5. Data retention

We keep account and payment records for as long as your account is active and as needed to meet legal, accounting, and security obligations. You can request deletion of your account data as described below.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below. Note that on-chain transactions are permanent and cannot be deleted.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
