Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Polytrading (the “Service”), an analytics product that scores and ranks public Polymarket trading activity. By accessing the Service or creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What Polytrading is — and is not

Polytrading is an informational and analytics tool. We are not a broker, exchange, dealer, investment adviser, or financial advisor, and we do not custody, hold, or transmit user funds. We do not execute trades and are not a party to any transaction you may make on Polymarket or any other platform. Polytrading is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Polymarket.

2. No financial advice; no guarantees

Nothing on the Service is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, or a recommendation or solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any position. Our scores (including the “PolyScore” reliability rating) are computed from historical, publicly available on-chain data and reflect past patterns only. Past performance does not guarantee or predict future results. Scores are estimates, may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate, and must not be relied upon as the basis for any decision. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and their outcomes.

Prediction markets and crypto assets carry a substantial risk of loss, including total loss. Never commit capital you cannot afford to lose.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use the Service in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to you, including any restrictions on prediction markets or crypto assets where you live.

4. Accounts

You may create an account using a supported sign-in provider or email. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

5. Subscriptions and payments

Some features require a paid plan. Paid plans are billed in USDC (or other supported stablecoins) on the Polygon network. Access is activated after the corresponding on-chain payment is verified, which may take some time. Plans are provided for a fixed period and do not auto-charge; access ends when the period lapses unless renewed. Because payments settle on a public blockchain and are irreversible, all sales are final and non-refundable except where required by law. You are responsible for network fees and for sending funds to the correct address.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: scrape, resell, or redistribute the data or scores except as expressly permitted; misrepresent the Service or its output; interfere with or overload our infrastructure; attempt to gain unauthorized access; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

7. Third-party data and services

The Service surfaces data derived from public on-chain Polymarket activity and relies on third-party providers (for example, authentication and analytics). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services or the accuracy or availability of upstream data.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Polytrading and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or for any trading or financial losses, arising from your use of or reliance on the Service.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
